Just noticed on SS that Jamie McCombe has returned to Hudds from loan spell at Preston ... if big phat GJ came as manager do you think he could persuade JM to join us???

And no i can't go due to long term ill health, arthritis, fussed neck joints and instability when walking don't mix well with crowds.

Still it could be worse, I could be a gashead. ;)

poor excuse. i know 11 people who has a worse condition than yours. they are able to get about every match day. mind you they cant play football very well and cant seem to win much. they play as if they are housebound. you sound like you could improve our team <ok>

Gary Johnson, Lee Johnson, Jamie McCombe, probably McIndoe. It'll be just like watching City 5 years ago! Just pray he doesn't get Stern John or Patrick Agemang on loan...

S O'D isn't going to want to drop 2 divisions to the bottom of the 4th/edge of the Conference if he's got any sense. He's also way too good for you....we need some other comedy manager at the Mem. I really think Keith Millen is the one.

Gary seems to be the obvious answer to your little problem, but without the intention of a wum what went wrong? 19 players out 19 players in a young eager manager who had done well else where, is there a bigger issue at the mem? Like most city fans i expected you to come straight back up (although your results have kept me smiling on a saturday afternoon) what went wrong? Was it all buckles fault? Or was he just not able to get the team behind him? infighting? Hey im guessing, but the worry would be if any of this has happened it will make no difference if Jose Mourhino takes over. From my comfy red sofa worrying times ahead the blue half of bristol!!

Delboy - if the phat one came to us and bought in Lee and JMc then I for one wouldnt mind because I think they would be much better than what we have here at the moment. I also think that they would try to prove to us gasheads that they still have it in them - anything that changes the present mood on the pitch would be a bonus!

To be fair all of them would be class in League 2. If Gary goes I imagine he will take all his usual names with him. Bas Savage and all!
