why would pesch leave a 'safe' job who are fighting for a play off space, to come to rovers on just a 3 and a half month contract , also by the time he would sign for us he will have about 10 days left of the transfer window which will not be enough time to assess the team, decide who he wants to keep and get rid of and what positions need strengthening and get the right players in the door. also move to the area. sort out training and tactics for the team he has inherited. and all this hard work and effort could be rewarded at the end of the season with "thanks paul but we wont be renewing your contract. but thanks for keeping us up". he wont risk have a safe job to have no job in 3 and a half months time!
