I was just going to post the same thing! Although, it could mean European football for him if St. Johnstone make an offer, they're going great guns in the SPL.
Terrible news, Harps is a fantastic player and should be the first name on the team sheet, it's a shame idiot Barmby doesn't like him and has him on the naughty step.
Frank Turner begs to differ!!
bit cruel Harps did a sterling job for us during difficult times when we had no cash.. but agree he won't be getting in our first team any time soon..
Massively harsh - Harps is ok and if anyone thinks he's one of worst players ever they really havent been watching us for long. He did more in a Hull City shirt than Jimmy Bullard ever did.
As there's two clubs interested we could get a transfer fee for him. That said, there's not much money in Scottish football. Aberdeen's manager earlier this month said they'd be prepared to sell some of their first team players if it meant they'd be able to juggle the money about to bring in some other players. One of them they said the bid was likely to be too good to turn down was a player linked with Southend.
I know you're bitter and twisted over the whole situation, but come on, you've got to admit that that's complete and utter bollocks.
