I wouldn't like to see us sign Roberts, doesn't seem to fit the type of player we usually sign and he's ****.

As I said a couple of days ago, I'm starting to doubt we will sign anyone else

I think we will sign at least one more player. Most deals are finalised on deadline day, there's plenty of time left!

Re: Roberts, he'd be a decent option to have compared with Forte for example. But I wouldn't pay much for him (transfer fee or wages).

No need. There is a transfer thread for a reason. Even checked if the link had been posted.... ;-)

Having seen Rhodes goal last night I think he could be a real deal!

Him or Hooper would do me (however the Hooper deal does look dead now)

Doubt there will be any stories tomorrow due to our game <ok>

West ham had a bid rejected for Rhodes which I think was 3 million, and then we go and offer the same <doh>

True. Hudders wouldn't let him leave for anything less than 5 million. PL teams are interested in him anyway, so I cant see us getting him.

To be honest I was just being tongue in cheek, as he had scored a hat trick and was likely to play against us in the Cup I thought a little tease might get a response, didn't now about the assault case until researching later.

Incredible! Lee looks like he'd be brilliant whatever the opposition, and a great character as well. Love the archer pose too. Have to think of a new nickname for him though. Just a pity he won't be there tonight.

Great finishing, great control with both feet, and I love the way he always seems to know when to lose his marker, the sign of a natural goalscorer. I'm feeling better and better about our dealings in this window, even if we don't sign anyone else.

The defending in Japan looks horrendous. Good technique though, nice volleys.

He really reminds me of Torres the way he plays for some reason, without the diving and when you was good!

We have Butterfield then Stephens, I would rather us buy a CB and a Striker.
