Seem as we seem to get a thread based on every tweet I think we could condense the collective bull**** into a single steaming turd of a thread.

he doesn't have a brain he has access to a search engine. if he had a brain his career wouldn't have been the train wreck it has been. sure you can call "freedom of speech" but just because you have that right doesn't automatically mean what you say is the right thing or that you should actually say it. if you strive so hard to have freedom of speech then you should strive to be responsible with it too

I think several months ago that was the case yeah, but I don't see those threads as often anymore and they don't exactly clutter up the front page. If anything I'd say a Joey Barton Megathread would be far more obsessive and in fact if we had one of them I'd start to lean towards your original 'time to move on' stance myself.

That is entirely down to Pardew, together with the players, and not in the slightest to Ashley and his lapdog. They are to football as a fish is to a bicycle.

Credit to whom? Characters who humiliate Newcastle fans periodically, knowing people will still flock to the ground regardless? How about the ground renaming fiasco? Everyone with an ounce of brain knows no-one will touch it with a bargepole. But Fat Boy and his poodle still do it, just to show who's really in charge.

Joey Barton left Newcastle: Newcastle rose. Joey Barton joined QPR: QPR dropped. ---> Doesn't take a rocket scientist, does it?

This, really impressed now with how the club is being run, unlike it was a. couple of years ago.

Does trouble follow Barton? Or does he just cause it? Thats a question i would like answered, since he's left the club has been relatively trouble free (only bad thing being the stadium name change).

Barton is a cancer and he is killing our club.

Whatever Newcastle fans think of Ashley, he did right by the club to give this tool away! We are now stuck with him on obscene wages with no hope of anyone else taking him off our hands. I'd rather be in the championship and not have him at QPR.

At least you lot seem to realise what he's like, was disappointed when Ashley said he was selling him on a free, but by the time you signed him I was relieved he had left the club. The guy is a tool and should remember Warnock gave him a chance and 80k a week when no one else would touch him.

No not much he just committed a crime he got convicted for. Though after that he did seem to improve until he had problems with his contract and decided to join twitter.

He had a seemingly good spell (after the wonderful start of course) and turned gradually more dickish over last season. Starting out as a(n almost) loveable rogue, then gradually turning into a royal ****.
