Essentially nothing new this morning. Cala is talking up his chances and is trying to deal directly with Portpin to get around doing the Fit and Proper Person's test! Hardly encouraging news! Brian Howe remains interested we're told but has spoken about his concern over the sheer scale of the problems Pompey face.

cala does not need to dodge the so call e"fit and proper persons test".....he does not have a criminal record......so he would pass!

Ipswich have reportedly made a 1.7m offer for pearce, ward and henderson LOL!

Who do they think they are? <laugh> In my opinion, that's not even enough for 2, or possibly even 1 of them <ok>

Quite right P_F_L, Jason Pearce alone is worth £1.7 million.

To add to that, why would our players even consider joining them, when their manager appears hellbent on getting them relegated to Division 1 !!

He's not very good is he ??

Millwall and Ipswich occupy the two places above the relegation zone- cannot think of even one reason why they would go to either of them, when we are relatively safe for this season, with the current bottom three likely to be the ones relegated <ok>

have you clowns got no shame , you should be biting other clubs hands off to take your players . Why should the tax payers subsidise your club yet again? Pay your tax bill like everyone else has to , then you can start to dictate how much players are worth . It is not your money you are using for the day to day running of the club but money needed for schools , hospitals and the poor . Why do you think you can keep stealing tax money to fund your club , are you not ashamed surely you should be asking the club to sell players and live within your means

sad that all you have left this season is the hope that hants top team fail by only reaching the play offs . Still i am sure next season will be better , once mr krabs pays your tax bill builds your under water stadium and casino complex you will be raking it in

Think we got bigger things to worry about than where Saints finish off. Nevetheless, "hants top team" <laugh> c'mon, Pompey have been shining the light for the south coast in recent memory

Well, I have to agree that those younger than say 20 years old would have that perspective. Anyone older than that but younger than 70 will have quite a different perspective. Why have there so few matches between the clubs? Because Pompey were in lower divisions most of that time. Anyway, we don't want to start. We will end up bandying silverware and attendances, rather than the real issue of how do you get out of this. I suspect that you will just escape again but that it will only be pain deferred.

    Blimey LD!

If you are really reading this, I think you need to change your password, as Red and white comrade seems to have hacked into your account and disabled your grammar/spellcheck into the bargain.

Mr Krabs. Ackakakak. That was funny though.

I'll have you know there is nothing wrong with my spell check or my password. The Unusual nature of my posting and the grammatical slip-up's were as a result of partaking in Blandford's finest export, namely a few pints of Tanglefoot.

I'm sorry if I gave the impression that I would like the bell ringers to fold, as there is nothing I would like better than a trip to Bikini Bottom once the new stadium and underwater casion complex is in place.

<laugh> Casio n? I don't think Cala has a calculator (Calaculator?). Or would be sponsored by a product deemed to be accurate even, to the n'th degree.
