Does Joe Lewis become a free agent In summer of 2012 or does someone come in for him as it's predictable after a few starts on the game?

 

Just got this game today Gonna play it after football training later, and tips for beginners??? Good players to sign for saints?

Pretty much wrapped up my unemployment challenge by winning Serie A with Fiorentina. I subsequently shocked the world by stepping down and taking over at Saints, with whom I intend to stay. I think I might start a new game with Saints now.

This is how my unemployment challenge has played out:

Droylsden
Crewe - 3 consecutive promotions from Conference to Championship
Stoke - Promotion to Premier League
Almeria
Parma - First Europa League qualification
West Ham - Got to Europa League final
Fiorentina - Got to Champions League semi final, Won Serie A, unemployment challenge complete.
Southampton - now in the year 2028.

 

Haha, I just started an unemployment challenge and my first offer was Droylsden! Naturally I accepted. Turns out I replaced the chairman in the manager position.

 

Get players on pay-as-you-play deals and use the remaining wage budget to sign Counago!

First thing that annoys me about managing Saints is that you can't recall Puncheon from his loan. I'm going to play a 4-1-2-1-2 I think.

 

I can't! Negative wage budget remaining and £2k transfer budget. Looks like I'll have to make do with what I've got!

 

He's managed to get solid stats on they key areas, whilst sacrificing CA points in less key areas. Newgens like that get thrown out every once in a while. Shame he's got to get in ahead of about 6 strikers first.

 

Loan him out as soon as he's 17. He'll be fine in the youth team for now.

 

I'm gonna keep him here at all times, he's gonna be a one club man.

Well your team is pretty good atm... but cb and RD is pretty light.. so i suggest signing Luke chambers for a mere 850k... and Mihael kocavevic on a free... and it will improve ur defense quite abit.. then wait till mid august and put in a offer for Jay Rodriguez.. also other good targets.. Billy sharp and Maynard (Y)

Just started a new game, that was my first match.

 

How did you get billy sharp. Ive decided to be palace. i will try and be saints again when the update comes out!

 

Has anyone bought Sharp in the first season before ? If so, how cheap did you get him for because i've just started a new game with Saints and I want to know when the best time to buy him is.

 

Bought him right at the start for an outrageous £4.6M, though a lot of it will be paid in monthly installments.
