    Hi All
Any chance with a little help with how we pronunce some of our players names. When ever talking with fellow Rangers supporters
there is always someone calling a player differently to someone else and i dont mean when they are Effing and Jeffing

So using the English langauage would some of you like to tell me how the following should be said?

    Traore
    Taarabt
    Diakite
    Taiwo
    Onuoha
    Cerny

    thank you

    Diakité - Jackitay.

Di... was used by the French to transliterate West African names, the British used J instead. So Diallo became Jallow. Diawara became Juwara and so on.

100% certain on this, have lived in West Africa where both spellings were used.

I heard someone else say this too.

Wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being 'Jackie' - much like Patrick Agyeman ended up as 'Dave'!

I'm happy we have got all of these right now except for Taiwo. Why would the 2nd syllable be 'woo' as everyone seems to think? Surely 'tay woe' is more likely?
