It is the midfield that started the season so well. They battered Bournemouth, dug in for results at ColU and Notts Co, and Waggy chipped in with a couple of quality goals. So, for me, it is the midfield four that got the ball rolling so brilliantly from day one.
For me its - Green, Stephens, Hollands, Jackson Great crossing from either flank, with graft and guile in the middle.
I agree with the qualities you list, Salford. However, I find Green to be a bit pedestrian at times, and feel that we need a pacy outlet down one flank at least. For me, JJ is undroppable.
