With the board being a bit dead over the last few days, I thought this would stoke up some conversation. Why do we love this club? For me its the ground and the City. On a match day nothing beats it!

Because our club and its ingrained into us from an early atmosphere and there is no better feeling than watching Newcastle United when they are doing well, as proven when we had a brilliant campaign at that level.

I've lived here since i was born, brought up a geordie and proud to be one. I love the feeling of walking up the stairs in the stadium and seeing everyone waiting for kick-off. I was never told to like Newcastle but it was just my love. I remember being with my mam when i was 7 and it was the day of the fa cup final, and some old woman came up and gave me a Newcastle hat for the game, we lost but i was hooked.

I got beaten up (in the way a 6 year old beats people up) by my cousin for supporting Man U and he essentially forced me to be a Newcastle fan. I'm so happy he did <ok>

Because my uncle always used to make me watch Newcastle on the tv but the turning pointhas to be when he got me back stage to meet all the players as a kid when sir bobby was in charge and it's probably to do with the fact there is always something going of there's never a dull moment
