Not really, comparing the death penalty to this is ridiculous.

Anyone who takes the law over their own eyes is a moron. See someone rape your child and the guy gets off, are you really going to think hes innocent? Im mean really, are people seriously that stupid.

OJ, clearly guilty yet was set free. However he was guilty in a civil case where the standards of proof are lower. Was OJ innocent or guilty?

So is Terry guilty or innocent when the courts finds him not guilty but the FA do, anyone answer me that.

And you mentioning the court sentencing a guy to death who was innocent proves your case wrong, you would have been saying he was guilty as the court proved it. Then youd have been wrong. Courts get loads of cases wrong.

John Terry won't be facing trial for racial abuse until after Euro 2012.

So he's free to lead his country into Poland.

    Just like his hero did

FA have spoiled a good joke

That's unfortunate Oddball. I've always loved visiting England and mixing with its people. To me its a truly great Nation with a deep Culture. Not perfect for sure but where is?

This Terry thing was a joke at the beginning but its now gone way past that. I'm sick of it.

No no no. You ain't getting out of it like that. YOU were the one that "upped the ante" in the debate by mentioning death. Not me. I just pointed out the presumption of innocence. So do we go back to the beginning, where you mentioned a scenario where someone was murdered? And now, and only now, I'm the one being ridiculous? You still don't get it do you?

It's not about taking the law over anybody's eyes, mine or yours included. Why do you think justice is statued blindfolded? Cite me a case where anybody has "seen someone rape their child". (See, once again, you're upping the debate to include emotive scenarios. Not me). You're flying into a series of blind alleys on this AFAIC, while displaying a worrying turn of imagination to support your argument. To step into your world for a minute, why would you ever think I would just "see someone rape my child"?

OJ agreed was a massive injustice. I said earlier the law's not always perfect. At best it's aspirational. Sometimes it's just plain wrong when we'd all like it to be so much more. But it relies on human fallacy. I'll still have imperfect aspirations over an ignorant witch hunt any day.

As for Terry, there's no way the FA won't sanction him if found guilty, (and vice-versa).

And it's not "my case". It's yours. Enjoy. There's a world of difference between sentencing somebody unjustly and seeing someone who may be guilty walk free, because the case hasn't been proven.

It proves nothing as you don't know what I'd have been saying. I'm pretty sure I know what you'd have been saying. If you were there, would you have volunteered to flick the switch? If so then you'd have been wrong.

I dont agree with the death penalty, however if I had seen it myself as I had seen Terrys comments myself then yes, Id have done it as theres no way he could have not done it just as theres no way Terry could not have done it, I have seen the proof.
