Liked him before he came to Rangers, and when we didn't have much money before TF, I was happy. Saying that, his attitude, and his personality, along with his mediocre football and now getting on at Beckham, he can piss off. Wrong decision giving him the captains armband for sure.

Hang on a second fellas. I agree, if Barton was some random average joe, I doubt he would have any mates and would have been chinned several times by now. But love him or hate him, he brings media attention to the club. He has over 1m followers and it's growing by the day. Just remember, no such thing as bad publicity.....

From a football perspective, he needs to sort it out. He ain't worth the money and is only surviving on his ego and outspoken behaviour, rather than his ability on the pitch.

The point is that this might be good publicity for the Tweeting Twunt of Toxteth, but bad publicity for the Rs. In just about any other walk of life, if you fire off like a loose cannon with personal 'unauthorised' thoughts about your market, competition and acquaintances, you'd very soon be disciplined by your employers or maybe dismissed. In football, are we all supposed to just sigh and say, "Ah, that's just Joey being Joey"?

Shame on his one million followers, I say. Sad indictment on modern society.

Agree what he does off the pitch does in fact impact and spotlight QPR which is overall no bad thing ... On the pitch dreadful ... His profile is now way out of sync with ability
He should be made to wear the actual reality helmet .. A black bucket with two holes in it
