I was in ML for the Chelsea Cup game with my two little girls Judo. I was in the second row from the front. It's alright in there. I quite enjoyed stamping my feet on the metal along to the 'Hoops' song. Just a shame we didn't score up the Loft end that game.

I've spent most of my time in R block like many here but...my ST this year is in the paddocks!<grr>

    Don't ask, a mixture of family/availability/price factors...

Paddocks for combination of relatively low price and no pillars, plus ease of leaving after game.

The Paddocks seem like a popular choice for various reasons.
I was in there for the MK Dons game and quite enjoyed it. ( I also had the pleasure of meeting StainesR.) What made a nice change was the ease of getting in and out. Especially when you compare trying to get into the upper loft. You have two turnstiles to get the whole upper tier into. What's that all about?

My very first visit to Loftus Road was as a 5 year old in 1963. I sat in the old wooden Ellerslie Road Stand. As I grew up and started going regularly on my own as a teenager it was always the old Loft Terrace. Loved every minute of it, great times and memories.

Now sit in Lower Loft ML Block with JudoRanger. Having a complete row of 4 seats is great, don't have to get up and down for people.

When you say 'ease of leaving' i will presume that didn't include the Millwall Game last year :)

Wasn't like that last year SB. Did a lot more standing up and waving my hands around.

I was sitting behind you then! We have our season ticket seats three rows from the front. I remember you now, as you were not the usual people who sit there! :)

I have moved around a fair bit myself over the years but I am now happily settled in Block B (Row L) in South Africa Road. I'm on the very edge of B, alongside the steps that separate me from Block C. I have a gold ST: one seat to my left (and into Block C) and I'd have to pay Platinum prices for a worse view. My seat means that the stanchions don't affect my view of the School end goal. The legroom here is not perfect but it's just about the best I have experienced. I don't like watching from behind the goal and the facilities in SAR are far superior to those in Ellerslie Road.

Agree with you about the facilities in SA Road, Rodney. Much better. We're shortchanged in Ellerslie, but at least we get soap in the w.c.'s now. Spoiled!

I'm in LL row B for the Fulham game, i'll pop over and say hello. <ok>
In the upper loft for the rest of the season.

I'd actually love to see Ian Anderson, flute in mouth, balancing on one leg giving us his interpretation of Some Girls Are Bigger Than Others. And now I've typed it, I don't think I'll die happy until I've seen it. Dammit. I'm off to bed with some very disturbing images. <laugh>

Haha, well either me, my dad, or my uncle! I do remember that now, as I said Hulse was coming on and you turned round! See you at Fulham then! :)
