Adel Taarabt’s Queens Park Rangers career is back on track under Mark Hughes.

Despite being their star man as they won the Championship last season, Taarabt has struggled to find his best form for Rangers in the Premier League this term.

Taarabt admits that had Neil Warnock stayed in charge he may have left Loftus Road last month, but the arrival of Hughes as manager has given him renewed belief in his talent.

“He's a great manager,” the Moroccan told QPR Player. "He told me, 'You're a fantastic player and I am here to get you on the ball and we want to play football'.

"The last couple of months were disappointing for me because I didn't show what I know I can do, but now, a new manager and a new start for me."

Happy for the guy. If he believes that he is getting a fresh start, he will play his lungs out for the Club.

If he plays like a man unfettered, he can be a force on the pitch.
