QPR misfit does not regret move 08/02/2012 by West London Sport Petter Vaagan Moen has told a Norwegian newspaper he does not regret joining QPR despite failing to make an impact at the club. The Norway international recently left Loftus Road by mutual consent after barely featuring during his time at Rangers. He told Ostlendingen he had limited contact with the then Râs boss Neil Warnock but believes his experience in England has made him a better player. âI was never in doubt that I had something to bring to the team,â he insisted. âI am a better player now than Iâve ever been, and that is because I have had the opportunity to train with the best.â Vaagan Moen is a free agent following his release from QPR and says he will take his time before deciding his next move. He said: âI know that the interest is there, and I know that the Scandinavian teams know what I stand for.â
He just wasnae up to standard. The Norweigan League is the best place for him. (Good to see you on the board more often,LIUTB)
