The article isn't serious as I don't think Arena will ever be on the FA's radar, but there are a few good points. Bruce Arena IS the greatest American "soccer" coach in our history. I think he could actually do a pretty decent job if he theoretically got it.
No. Mainly cos if we did win anything with him in charge the Yanks would never ****ing shut up about it. Hell, we let you have a late assist in WWII and still haven't heard the end of it....

Sort of, I think he knows there's no chance he would ever get offered the job, but he is implying, why not? He does have more international experience than most of the people short listed. He's dealt with the ego's of big starts before. IMO if he was English he'd already have the job. Swarbs, better late than never right?

Whatever you're doing now doesn't work. Maybe some "Frank, you played like **** today, no more corn dogs until you get your **** together" would motivate the team. Plus imagine how fat Frank Lampard would get.
