Sarge have to disagree Kenny was useless as usual for me mate. Too easily knocked off the ball, couldn't hold possession to take the heat off our defenders, passing was woeful, seemed to be in the wrong position most of the time and didn't link well with Walters up front. Personally i think he is a lazy barsteward and a waste of 8 million. The only positives I saw from him today was that he defended well from set pieces!

I don't think you can give it to just one person, Kenwyne was utterly fantastic and anyone who says different eiter has a vendeta against the lad or wasdn't watching the same match as me, he made John Terry look like a truly awful defender, he showed so much passion and linked up well with Walters. His defending was also very good and the way he held the ball up today at times was super-human. He has his confidence back and is showing why we paid so much for him.
Pulis gets abuse off many a supporter for his transfer policy but Walters is one of the very good eggs despite people writing him off at the start of the season, he has it all, the power, the strength and speed, the tenacity and he doesn't half get a decent shot off. The amount that we bought him for from Ipswich was an absolute steal and i'm very happy with his progress as a Stoke City player thus far.

Like I said though, the team performance was sensational, there is no other word for it, everyone out there played trememdously well and i'm chuffed to bits that we managed to play that well against such a top side like Chelsea. They did play bad, we just didn't let them play well.

Funny how different fans see things so differently. Jones arguably had one of his better games but no way was he "utterly fantastic" Now Walters on the other hand was definetly "utterly fantastic". From row 1 block 10 I think had a pretty good view of the game!

I thought Jones had one of his better games today. But, that wasn't too difficult seeing as he's be a lazy B for the last few weeks! He did OK today no complaints from me. Walters was fantastic, not just his goal but his workrate.

My MOTM followed by Huth and Pennant he get's better every time I see him.

Walters goal was sheer class and for that alone he deserves MOTM as for Jones he had alot better game and caused Terry problems and held the ball up well this is what we want to see and the work ethic is getting through to him.

The pleasing thing is all the team are playing well and with confidence a great win v West Ham a thrashing of newcastle and then taking on a top European side and more than matching them shows we are heading in the right direction and on yesterdays performance we can beat anybody .

Bring on Bolton i can't wait.
