    This isn't banter.

    There are a lot of people, not just football fans, who would find this very upsetting.

    Give the kids who did this a season's ban from SJP and educate them about where to draw the line.

    It's not nice, however it's a nothing story when you consider that children are starving all over the world and aliens intend to exterminate us because we are a disgusting race and are a disease on the earths crust. In short this doesn't even factor into my issues scale.

    In a perfect world where nobody ever took anything too far then perhaps an effigy could be seen as banter. However, we all know that every club has idiots who have their own agenda and like to take things too far. This sort of prank sends out the wrong message though. We may know that the two sets of fans actually get on pretty well for 'bitter rivals' but think how this would look on the Polish/Ukranian version of Panorama when they did their own version of stadiums of hate!!
