How many chances do the Dutch need to finally get on the scoreboard, jeez. Either Denmark win 0-2 or it is going to be a draw. I definetly don't see The Netherlands score twice

Yea, but unlike in 1988, the next two opponents are Portugal and Germany. In 1988 England and Ireland were next up. Pick your choice which you think is easier. I'm going with the 1988 group stage.
With a draw against Germany and a win over Portugal Netherlands can go thru. (Denmark needs to lose their both next matches in this scenario) 1. Germany 7pts 2. Netherlands 4pts 3. Portugal/Denmark 3pts This isn't unrealistic.
Even with a loss against Germany but a firm win over Portugal could bring the Netherlands to the next round. Denmark would have to lose their both next matches, Netherlands could go further with a better goal ratio.
Here's were you haven't thought things through. The Netherlands has never EVER won against Portugal on a tournament. In 2004 we got kicked out of the EC with 8 yellow cards and two red ones. Till this day a national disaster. In 2006 they eliminated us from the WC whilst we dominated the game, lost 0-1(sounds familiar eh). You can look it up. If there is one country that always thwarts our tournament ambitions, it the damned Portugese.
Portugal isn't the Portugal anymore from the Deco era and Holland is currently better than in 2004-2006.
