Do you think we should all go on there to stir it up some more! I can see that Stu has nearly achieved a Henry Irving coronary and Kings Hill is likely to implode. As one who reacted to the issue when it was raised on here by Stu some time back, I can see the amusement being generated as well as both sides of the arguement. I think a little bit of stoking could cause further damage -- a proposal to ground share the Olympic stadium with Leyton Orient maybe???

I think the best one I saw was a guy who for his first post about 2 years ago said that, due to Mr Parkinson, he was not going to renew his season ticket after having one for 10 years (??? can't remember the exact time frame but about that long). Within 30 seconds there was about 15 post saying that the club was better off without him and that perhaps CL would be better off without him too! It did make me Hell hath no fury like an upset CLifer
I have the same DP, but as I picked my name before I came up with the Captain Blackaddick moniker I am still EpsomAddick on Charlton Life. It's funny how Charlton Life (and I suppose this board) has been a much nicer place to be in a season with such success. But there are always some people who get worked up about the smallest thing and descend into name-calling.
I'm not registered with CL but I do check up on it to try find any transfer gossip. Sadly its generally littered with copy+paste jobs from Football Rumours, or else suggested signings which would even put JA to shame.
Just thought i'd let you know that after coming back from hols, I thought i'd check out CL, only to find my sign-on has been revoked !! How petty can you be ?? Oh well, maybe i didnt want to be part of the Pond Life after all . !!

PEA life...that forum id deffo sign up to! CL straight from the henry t ford school of thinking...you can have any opinion you like as long as its mine.
It proved that there is at least one of you out there who is a regular poster on CL who reads and/or posts on 'ere Mr Bartram.
Why? I think a lot of people from both sides ''lurk''. Not606 is mentioned there, and they are mentioned here. Both sites provide the luxury of not censoring their forums so you don't need to sign up/comment to post and extract information.
Are you saying that there is a Charlton site that does not allow you to view unless you are a member?
