Magpies boss Alan Pardew and first team coach John Carver will be previewing the new season and answering questions at a special charity event a week tomorrow.

Quizzing the duo in the Bamburgh Suite at SJP on Monday August 13th will be BBC Radio Newcastle's Mick Lowes, with all proceeds from the evening going towards funding the work of the Newcastle United Foundation.

Tickets are available at £25 and £32 which include hot buffet and a drink (£22 tickets are sold out).

The event gets underway at 7pm and there'll also be a raffle and an auction with some exclusive prizes.

Anybody going or thinking about going? Should be a decent night out.
