I know there's a game to be played inbetween (you at Cardiff, us against Boro), but what do you think the result will be? If you don't win against Cardiff, a result against us may be vital, so how do you think you'll perform?
I reckon this game won't be a 'must win', because we have enough of a gap now and won't let it slip. So don't worry about coming on here bigging yourself up. However, for the record, I agree with MVR. Queens Park Rangers 3, Dull City 0.
I never said it would be, I mentioned that it may end up being the game where you can secure promotion on you own patch. I agree you have a big enough gap, but I see you have claimed you won't let it slip. If only I had that crystal ball of yours. Do you have special needs? Which part of my post could possibly be construed as me 'bigging myself up'? I just asked what you thought the score would be darling! Optimistic. You apparently don't need to worry about the chasing pack and are facing a side who, apart from yourselves, have the best away record in the division, with the longest unbeaten away record in England and Scotland, and you think you'll win so comfortably? I'd say 2-0.
WhiteRoseTiger..... Which bit of coming over to the QPR board suggesting our game with you is anything other than a post-promotion day out whilst you struggle on towards the unlikely last play-off spot, is what passes for not bigging yourselves up?
Not usually interested in WUM stuff but this one's a bit different. Kind of hard crust with soft centre from an evidently confused young man. What's with the Drama Queens Park Rangers bit? Okay, I've got it now, a play on words to indicate disrespect! Oh! very good, did you make it up yourself or copy someone else? How can you come in with a title like the one heading this thread - and then give it all the big reasonable when taking flak? What kind of character are you trying to portray through your moniker. I don't know about anyone else but I'm receiving detatched internet schitzo. Also, is that a picture of your girlfriend you're using there? You ask what we think the score will be when Hull come to LR like we care. Then you mock people when they indulge you, tell us all about your away record, like we don't know - and then end up quietly agreeing with what they've predicted?! Weird stuff. Personally, I've got Hull down as a possible banana skin for us. Would a reverse change anything for us this season? Hardly.
couple of things 1. your a WUM 2. Hull is **** 3. say goodbye to your premiership days.. (wont make playoffs) - relegated next season - probably 4. just go away
The DQPR thing has been around for a while since we took umbrage to their chant of 'town full of bombers'. Allegedly we made more of it than was justified. Hull was voted worst place to live in the UK in 2003 and, according to this, in 2011 too. http://www.chavtowns.co.uk/top-10-worst-places-to-live-in-england/
He's right if we get turned over in Cardiff this match will be massive, both teams needing the points, should be a cracker! Bring it on!
Well, if taking an interest in an opponents view on what the score will be in a match my team is involved in is 'bigging myself up'... OK...
I love it when people do this. I'm not from Hull, have never lived in Hull and have no relatives from Hull. They're just the nearest team to me. MY town - Beverley - was voted BEST place to live in Britain by RBS in 2007. So on jumping in before you knew the facts. PS: I'd not heard the DQPR thing over the last few years, I thought the reason we started calling you it was more to do with the fact that Taarabt behaved like a little girl when we played in January. And the fact that Warnock moaned about how poorly we played and how you deserved to win.
1. Why am I a WUM? 2. Correct, it is, but I'm not from Hull. 3. I thought we did that in May last year (can't see you lasting too long in the Prem either TBH, and that's not an attempt at wumming) 4. OK.
1. I copied it, and it's not disrespectful, it's banter. Likewise when we get called Dull ****ty (chortle, guffaw) 2. Yes it is, she works as the 'bearded lady' in a travelling circus. Bit of an alcoholic and likes a fag too. 3. You don't care what the result will be? Great support! 4. I'm a weird guy. 5. As I said.
I wouldn't be so sure about murdering us. Taarabt is by far your best player and if he gets in a strop he does nout. I mean if Robbie Savage can keep him quiet, i'm sure Chester, Evans, Hobbs or Gerrard can!
The Hull City Bombers have quite a good away record, I think a lot will depend upon how we do on Saturday.
I have family in Hull, and will be meeting up with my brother in-law after the match for a beer as hes a traveling Hull fan. There ive said it and can now cleanse my sins away
Agreed, nothing wrong with Beverley at all. Though it doesn't change the fact that Hull is a bit ****. White City is certainly no paradise either, but you have to go a long way to match Hull.
