An eloquent and well considered post Paul. Well done.

Perhaps next week we could consider sentence extension - perhaps trying for three words - or maybe the use of more than one syllable. A big ask I know but I feel confident that you can dig deep and make it.

6 actually Paul. Surprised you missed that. You could count the goals on the fingers of one hand.

Hi Kickitoff. It's been a while.

Is this the point where we poach the opposition manager, or do we have to wait until we let 7 in? It's a serious question; it worked for you Budgerigars.

It was much better than the usual Norwich troll camp “oopsidaisy duckie” handbag waving old woman stuff.

Also, keeping it down to two words greatly reduces the risk of exposing the average Norwich troll’s embarrassing command of basic English; though I see it didn’t stop him missing the capital letter to start his positively Wildean comment.

Oh well, perhaps just the one word will be better next time.

Also missed capital O, capital I, and apostrophe in im (which is also missing its capital) and a comma would have been appropriate toward the end. However, fine effort in the extended sentence and a few syllables there too. Nice work but content still needs improvement.

I'm not really sure what the Budgie boys are chirping about! They've got less points than a compass after their "home banker" against QPR. Yes we are in for another season of desperate struggle but most of us knew that before a ball was kicked!

I just hope that Captain Clogg will do the decent thing and refund those poor supporters that made the long journey up to Blackpool today!

I love football. This time last week you boys were all cocky, now you come back down to earth with a huge bump.

By the way, don't you worry about us, we'll be just fine.<ok>

So will we, not going up or down this year. Parachute payments have made a big difference to this league, something we are missing.

The difference is we'll be fine in the Premier League, while you'll be extending your lead as the Championship's longest serving club.<ok>

Excellent stuff Rushmere! Keep up the good work.

I don’t know why our resident Norwich trolls are so angry all the time, but they could at least make an effort with it! No idea about standards and decorum, these people.

I agree wholeheartedly with the first part of the sentence but Ipswich are one of the championship relegation candidates.

Hope you are having a good summer Jonah and had a relaxing holiday.
