    Penalty to Watford, very obvious push on Vydra when waiting for the ball to come down after flap by Butland.

    Referee took ages to give it.

    Abdi slots it wonderfully into the bottom left hand corner.

    1-0 Watford!

    Watford are asserting a lot of pressure. Had a couple of corners and the fans seem to be making quite a bit of noise!

    I think we should try and get another, that would be most beneficial :p

    From one of these corners, the ball meets Taylor's head and it's right at the keeper. Should have scored.

    We're playing well!!!

    Abdi has shot from just outside the area, flashed wide.

    48% of the action has been in B'ham's 1/3. Brilliant spell of pressure.

    Vydra times his run to perfection, though does look very tight, lovely ball through from Yeates (yes Yeates) and he flicks it over Butland into the bottom corner.

    Very good start, very good performance.

    New boys looking VERY good.

    Wonderful stuff :)
