Joking a side just a thread about why you should get rid of O'Neill if you want to progress.

Fletcher is a good poacher but he needs chances to score goals. He isn't the sort of striker who'll make a a chance for himself and score, he has to have decent service and support. Starting him up front by himself isn't going to achieve much. Sessengon is a winger, every time I've seen him through the middle he's been ****e. So why doesn't O'Neill play 2 strikers up front instead? Saha and Campbell are sitting on the bench and thrown on onc the gaems been lost with a few minutes to go. Where is the logic in that?

Why was Rose benched as well? He's been your best player this season. Talking of full back why does O'Neill keep playing CMs or Wingers at full back? Also how does Johnson keep getting starts, he's been terrible every time I've seen him.

O'Neill sets your team up to not get beat rather than to win. Setting up like this invites pressure on you and you will inevitably concede. Also you have to score on the counter attack when you set up like that and yous are shockingly bad on the counter. If O'Neill stays and continues to persist with these negative tactics you will be relegated.

    Mingolet
    Bardsley O'Shea Cullear Rose
    Larsson Gardener Clattermole Sessengon
    Saha Fletcher

That is a decent another side to win the odd few games and finish around 14th, which would be magnificent for yous. You need a manager who will play positive football, play players in there correct positions and someone who actually knows what he's doing. O'Neill has to go if yous want any chance of staying up. Good luck, I actually hope yous do stay up but the longer O'Neill is around the more unlikely that is and yous become an even bigger laughing stock.

Can this be merged with the other one... really no point in two identical threads.

    Yeah that as well <laugh>

I've changed it now though, put Sessengon on the other wing but really it could be Sessengon, McClean or Johnson just they have all been ****e so it's difficult to pick one.
