Agree with Toppy Steveo think he loved the mud when beating the New One and TNO hated it that day, I said as much at the time on the daily thread. If AFC is as good on good ground then he's a fair price but I'm keen to take him on.

BHA handicappers bottled it. The horse won hard held.

188 is ridiculous, they haven't fully accounted for how easy he wins his races - it's like a piece of work.

Very keen on Hobbs/Johnson in the Fred Winter, e/w bet on Pistol at 25/1

Lets try Zamdy Man to power up the hill.

Maybe power is a bit generous for this one, to stay up the hill

Phil Smith and his h'capping team calibrated their first Grade 1 'chase when Masterminded won his first CC and gave him a ridiculous 186.

I don't think he wants to get carried away again.

I think he's maybe factoring in that the second, whilst being a good yardstick is knocking on and stumbled badly coming in.

Whatever his 188,there a big + after that and its only surely a transient mark until he further enhances his reputation.

Little dabble on Bordoni as well - could be a real blot on the handicap

Sorry Tward07 :( can't have that as his true run though don't think he recovered from bad mistake.

Ouch tailed off and the second on my shortlist wins at 25/1. Has the festival just taken a dark turn?

Nothing to worry about RV, i was keen myself made a bad blunder early on and i guess that pretty much cost it the race. Le Vent D'antan to make tidy profit today otherwise its been an average day that The New One has saved from being disastrous

Vieux Lion Rouge e/w in the bumper - 3 from 3 impressively and I fancy him to get Pipe on the scoreboard
