Pretty poor display and almost no goal threat up front, how our best player was sorely missed today. If Nani is still here next season, my season ticket goes back, completely gutless performance from him and not the first this season ! Bitterly disappointed and only a good hammering of city in our next match will take away the taste.:emoticon-0110-tongu

I think Rio will get a new contract and I believe that he has had a very good season. Scholes, Macheda, Bebe and Nani I'd agree with, but Lindegaard is a useful No 2 IMO and so getting another GK to act as a No 2 is not really needed.

The winger is taken care of in Zaha, I'd certainly like to see a new CM of top quality though.

Lindegaard probably depends on whether he wants to stay rather than wanting to replace him.

Agree on Nani. He had an absolute shocking game and was relieved when he was subbed.

Nani wasn't even that bad. Your big problem is the players that have done well for you in recent weeks underperformed. Carrick started well but got worse as the game went on.

The thing with Nani is that he's clearly up there with the most talented players in the league, and he has the capability of those moments of magic that win you big cup games. Thing is he hasn't had one good game in over a year. Today was a day when we NEEDED him to step up and he failed.

he was our worst player but I don't agree with you that we are average, on form most would get into this Chelsea team who are Average in defense strong in attack bar Torres

I think DL doesn't really understand what average is.

As for Nani he couldn't pass, couldn't cross and couldn't beat his man. 3 things a winger needs to be able to do.

We should either be giving him a run of games or not playing him at all.

    Give Nani a break.

Ok he had an awful game today but lets not forget this was only his third game i think since his return of that long lay off and then got injured again few weeks ago. I hoped Nani to be on the Bench with Young starting, i was surprised to see Nani starting, we all can see he's not fully match fit yet. i don't know why everyones blaming him when all our player's was playing terrible.

one thing for defo though, no we can see and all the Rooney hater's can now understand how much Rooney is important for us. He always keep us ticking even when we're playing bad, he drives the team on. Hopefully Rooney is fit for the Derby because Van Persie might be our best player this season with the goals but Rooney is still our main man.

Im guessing Man City will win it now. Since we are favorites to win the league, they will focus on the FA cup more now and Man City are unbeaten against Chelsea recently and don't see that changing.

For Man Utd lets now forget about this and go on and lets secure the league! Cmon United!

we were talking about our fans who don't rate him, no one asked for a scouser to come in and comment about a match where teams from the TOP FOUR played,

Anyway calmed down now and had time to reflect. Looking on a positive note, at least I will only have to make one expensive trip to Wembley this year ( charity shield ) instead of possibly another three ( FA cup Semi + Final, + Champs league final ) as it could have been a couple of weeks ago ! PS Nani is still **** and has to go end of season.
