well we got king kenny back,so what do you expect next season?
i am glad we have not got into the the europa league.why?

we need to concentrate on the league and our domestic cups,so i think a season out of europe will do us good.

also i think we are expecting to much of kenny and also i think our rivals can see into that, just give kenny time, and dont expect to much in his first season.

lets just give kenny a chance to build a team that can challenge again, cos we all no that liverpool will attract players, cos its liverpool.

    the new stadium?

i hope we re develop the old anfield ground and make it bigger.teams used to frightened when they came to anfield and i think its about time they felt frightened again coming to anfield.

so next season lets go out and support the best team in the land and lets help each other through the good and the bad times, but in kenny i no we can trust:emoticon-0105-wink:

On a serious note, you guys did a brilliant job in the second half of the season! For that alone, your teams and Kenny in particular deserve great praise. Reminds me of the legendary Fernando Alonso, who makes legendary comebacks towards the end of the season and dominates while everyone else succumbs to the pressure.

As for the "i am glad we have not got into the the europa league", be honest, you would rather be a part of it :D

The season ended in a damp squib.
However this is my interpretation of events,as punishment the players were made watch the trophy presentation at the Theatre of Debt.If that doesn't motivate them to put things right....nothing will.It should hurt like hell.33 years as top dogs, however it won't take 33 year to regain the tag as top dogs.

    As much as Spurs do.

Be honest, who'd want to be in it if it cost them a point that kept them out of the Champions League places next season?

I can't say I am glad we are not in it but I can say I am not sad we are not:) I can barely watch those first games, until the quaters semis, it needs serious revamping. Like teams from really crap leagues get double points in the group stages or something mental like extra player power up, second goaly power up and DMs get a mace

On the one hand I would like to see us in it just for the possible opportunity for another cup that we could really do with soon, and for the chance to see more youngsters get a run out and prove their worth.

Although, I do hate us playing on Sundays. The Europa league is costly to anyone who takes it seriously, so you've got to ask whether it's worth being in the competition if you're not going to take it seriously? After all, if you don't get past some of the first rounds you end up losing money and time from traveling.

I can see pros and cons in both situations, but at the moment I am happy as to how it has all panned out. Whether I will feel the same next season when again I don't see Pacheco and/or Flanagan/Robinson playing regularly is another matter.

I think it all comes down to did we deserve it anyway, and no we didn't. I enjoyed watching Fulham on their run more than I did watching Liverpool make the semis year before last.

It would be better the winner of the Championship goes into the EL the following year instead of the FA cup winners

14 games and we didn't even make the quarters.

Heh. Cut down the number of games by having four teams on the pitch.

Instead of a cup you get to choose one player from any team anywhere and he has to play for you for the next season.

Probably someone from Porto, since they won it and were pretty good throughout. Hulk or Falcao.

I have been following Falcao for awhile. I don't think we would need him now with Suarez and Carroll but would love if we got him. He is immense and a goal scorer.

I meant any player. You could have Ronaldo if you wanted. Nursemaid not included.

I'd pick Stevie G. Then make him sit on the bench wearing his United shirt every match for the next five years. Or I'd make him be Fred the Red. <ok>

I dunno, he seemed pretty happy to come off the bench yesterday. He'll have some happy memories of his last game at OT, not only did he get a goal but he also got this...

Almost deleted those but I think all us Pool fans should see this, and take Owen for the absolute ****er that he is.

    What a ****.
