  1. I don't know about any of you, but i'm willing to wipe his slate clean, and see him for the talented young bloke that he is. Apparently he's a big character in the Wigan dressing room aswell, but for the right reasons this time.

33 apps in the league this season and 9 goals. This is on a **** Wigan team that just survived. Imagine what he would do on this team? And don't say "we've already seen what he's done on this team", because it's a totally different team now.

If the price is reasonable and his wage demands are agreeable, i'd have him back. He's been brilliant for Wigan despite the fact they've been utterly awful for most of the season.

We'd all like to sign Gervinho but to me, it's just a pipe dream. I still think there is some truth behind the stories of our club expressing interest to Lille, but i think it's likely that Lille will hold on for a big sum from another club, and Gervinho will be urged time and time again by his advisors to wait for a CL club, as they know he could make probably double what we'd offer him in wages.

Nzogbia is proven in this league, not only as a crackin winger with great pace and the ability to assist attacks, but also to score goals. 9 in 33 this season. Exceptional, and he's still quite young. I reckon he'd get on with the likes of Tiote and Ben Arfa.

If Wigan offered us Nzogbia for 8 million i'd snap their hands off to be honest. I'd even pay more.

Ofcourse strikers are our main concern but outside that, i reckon Nzogbia is definitely an attractive option. And i'm pretty sure he's stated he'd like to to come back.

I agree, IMO we need a LM because lets face Jose is gone so then we can move Ferguson to LB. N'Zogbia is a talented guy and I think now he has matured we could see more talent being produced.

  5. Yep. Jonas RW, Nzogbia LW and Ben Arfa in attacking mid/support striker position

  7. I think we need a stronger LB than Fergie, but Nzog is a strong and aggressive little ****, but in the right way now. He can track back well.

I would probably have him yeah, but I wouldn't make him a main priority - If it came to him or Gervinho I would take Gervinho

Frgies to big a talent to waste in a position thats not his best. I'm not sure i want him back but for the right price and if the rest of the squads fine then why not. He doesn't appear to have upset anyone at Wigan so yeh

How? Ferguson actually clears ball when there is danger instead of trying to be clever and play like Barcelona. I think it could be great with them two on the left. Pace. Skill. Technique. They both have those and I would love to see it.

Wigan won't get 15 million find that one hard to believe.

  14. There's no competition, Gervinho is better than Nzog and any midfielder we have, except Tiote ofcourse, but i can't see the deal happening. Nzog has said he'd like to come back and it seems like a realistic deal.

  15. eh? I'm sure thats ****e, Wigan know fine well that they'll get no where near that for Nzog. I'd take him for 10 million but i'd still feel a bit robbed!

I hope so.. I think 10m is a bit more realistic, but seeing as they have survived they'll up the price. <ok>

I must admit that does seem a very good trio to provide plenty of assists and goals. My only concern for you guys is that it seems many top clubs are now interested in NZogbia from all across Europe, so getting him to sign may be more difficult than you think.

That's probably why his price-tag has nearly doubled!

Fergie needs a player to track back with him

  19. Well i wont be extremely heart broken if we dont get him but i think Sturridge, Ba and Nzogbia would be 3 realistic and excellent deals for us. Demba Ba and Sturridge should really be on the top of our lists IMO. Two young strikers who are showing they'll be great and have already had impact at the clubs they've played a good amount of time for.
