When the season started with all the hope and optimism that went with it i was genuinely gutted at the swansea drubbing . It changed my mood for the day, suprised me, shocked me, and tugged at my footballing emotions.
As the seasons worn on with poor result after poor result and performances to match slowly but surely my optimism and general sense of caring has wained
Why should i give s*** when the players clearly don't?
Today you would have expected for the last home game of the season to get something out of the match, but surprise surprise we got nothing.
    And do you know what?
For the first time in 20 odd years of supporting QPR when i saw the result I felt complete indifference.
    I wasn't bothered.
I can't even tell you now who scored.
And that guys marks a sad day in my QPR support........

Same here, normally I get that feeling in my stomach when I see we're losing, today I didn't give a sh*t and that's after 47 years of suffering...

Know how you feel. Its a very flat feeling tbh. Just nothing to get excited about at the moment.

Harry hasn't done it for me in the last 5 or 6 months either. I know hes inherited a lot of crap but at least he can give them a rocket and show the fans they half care with a half decent performance.

Same here, why should I get upset if the players dont even care. The whole stadium has been resigned to our fate weeks before we were relegated. its been quiet and subdued for a long time.

It's the same for me and has been probably since Wigan at home. I feel let down by and resentful towards those who have been wearing our shirts. Checked results a couple of times today, felt nothing at 1-0, at 1-1, and fully expected 1-2. Hindsight, of course, is a wonderful thing, but to think we ripped apart the team that won us the championship for this slippery bunch of losers is a big shame. I'm prepared to be patient, we need a complete rethink, I'm not remotely contemplating an immediate return.

I also meant to say that I'm disappointed in myself for feeling like this. Normally, when something that means a great deal to you isn't right or isn't working out, you feel annoyed or angry or proactive and want to sort it out, not indifferent. I'm pretty sure we have a good captain at the helm and one or two players that care, and we have us, the supporters, but beyond that the cupboard is bare.

Indifference? Precisely. Left at half time. Not angry. Bit like the players (and 'Arry), just so totally... indifferent. Better things to do with me time tbh.

Best bit was my brief spell down the boozer with fellow suffers on here: Ninesy, Stan and Roller I know already. But first time with Judo and Sussex AND our new managers, Flyer and wait for it... DT!! Il existe!

No question of his commitment but not sure he is a good captain Woody. Rarely commands the others - and when he does no one seems to take notice or react...

    As we're saying, indifference rife!

I adjusted my mindset once relegation was almost certain and just enjoyed whatever I could whether it was us playing well against Wigan with 10 men, Remy's goal or the one good move today that almost resulted in a goal.

    Don't be too down lads.

You know that as soon as new players start coming in, excitement will start to bloom again and pretty soon there will be posts suggesting an immediate return to the PL next season with top 10 in the next!!

It's in the blood. You can try and be indifferent and even walk away but, "You'll be back"! (especially with the ST prices).

I have felt indifferent since we got relegated, but you know today I was annoyed with the team's performance. Newcastle had to do so little to get a result and we did a disservice to the teams above us still struggling to survive. Feel very indifferent about our last game, I'll be running round the streets of Lima as it's happening, won't miss it

In reply to the OP, I'm exactly the same.
I've just realised i switched my computer on about an hours ago and have quickly scanned through some threads, but you know what...I dont even know what the score was against Newcastle!!
That for me is a first ! and to top it off, I have no f-ing idea who we play next week or if we have 1 or 2 games left..!

F**K ..gonna go find the score and a report, but im guessing from the general tone that we lost or drew..I'll suppose lost nd may get a nice suprise..!

Im sure i saw a Judo post earlier, hoping its a report ! <ok>

Well, I agree with the opening poster, I felt totally indifferent today.

It's the first home game I missed for a few months. I missed the social aspect of not being there. Watching the game on an internet stream is one big blur. The only emotion I had was sadness at how badly we bought. We signed a complete bunch of mercenaries who are only here for the considerable amount of money we are paying them. Of course, there are a few exceptions but the vast majority of them are only here for the money. When you compare that to the ordinary supporters who have to work their bollox (scuse the language but i'm angry) off to be able to afford to attend matches etc.

Our players are an absolute disgrace at the moment. I would rather Harry played all the kids next week at Anfield and we lost 8-0 than watch some of these lads wear our shirt again. I feel sorry for the supporters who are spending their hard earned next week. My thoughts are with them loyal souls.
