I know Ainsworth was injured, just as he'd started to play well. Mind you, it is Winter now so if he is back fit, he's probably not playing well.

Thanks to all for the info......I seem to know more about the Nottingham clubs but have mates at Burton....on the weeks I don't get to God's county I am thinking of watching the Brewers, good car park and beer! However, I'll repeat my question "Wonder if Sharps regrets the move?", cast your minds back 12 months!

Notts people still have great affection for Ben and Luke, they believe they were good for their clubs.

Why would SCS go there? Is he out of favour?

 

From what I've heard, he's not rated too highly at PNE, had a couple of red cards and a few injuries, and has been a fairly peripheral figure as a result.

Shame, he was one of my favourite players with an ability to play the ball out the back - certainly wouldn't mind someone like that in the team.

We won't be getting James Hurst as he's gone to Valur in Iceland. I know WBA have connections and loan players out there (as was Gayle) but seems strange for him to move to a team in a 3'000 seater stadium, in Iceland of all places, aged 21, when he could make his way with a decent team over here..

 

Blimey that's a decision to make for a 21 year to do! Perhaps GT wasn't interested, he didn't look to be in the last three games.
