Afternoon guys, Saturday thread and no one around, surely the racing isnt that bad. Fancy Cameron Highland up in the next
A fun each way on CRACKENTORP @33's in the big race. Beaten 1/2l in this last year and has dropped a few pound since!
Tasty EW bet up in the Northumberland Plate, where i think the well weighted CRACKENTHORPE at 33/1 at his best should go close, also having a small close EW bet on a favourite of mine NOBLE ALAN 20/1.
Channel Four Racing - you have to laugh. A four runner race and they fail to mention the winner pre the off, so wrapped up are they in their own fancies Hoping that Ille De Rey finds it juicy enough today ....... Edit: Stick and Wayward = great minds think alike?
Most of my money was on Mashaari in the Northumberland Plate who was well backed, but had a small saver on Tominator simply because one of the best jockeys on the flat was riding the horse, Graham Lee.
And that is why ive stayed away from racing for a while, well done G Lee great jockey and a deserved winner. Well done to all TOMINATOR backers good luck for the rest of the day, one last bet for me to cover my losses on Pastoral Player to make good
Crikey, I missed the Windsor card. That Clowance Estate looks impeccably bred - Teofilo - Whirly Bird (Nashwan). Should have had that in my league picks.
The odds for Laura to win in running were 7-1 when she went a set down! Harry Styles must be happy now she's winning.
Sea the Skies: 4.35 Newmarket. On paper well bred but two doses of Raise a Native!! If ever a sire should give you the willies it's him: one dose OK but 2??!! No doubt he'll win. My fancy Mutawathea.
Cheers Gallop, my Saturday bacon saved late on by this one, Nabucco and with luck Rex Whistler 6-05 at Donny
Thanks a lot I got 5/2 and now have a really nice double with Dick Bos (14/1) over in Ireland. On the lash tonight so fingers crossed for that one.
