You're talking as if he has been brilliant for us.
    He has been anything but.
One disallowed goal does not a striker make.

Can he come good, I bloody hope so. <ok>

i'm not suggesting for a moment he has been brilliant, what i am saying is that if i were jozy i would have been stomping around the training ground full of hell wanting to stick it up atkinson.

If i was pdc i would have been channelling that passion towards today in everyway

I defer to his scoring record at Hull and he is rapidly becoming our Heskey. He should have buried the chance he had today rather than the powder puff effort.

    With Fletcher injured, what is the aggregate goal tally in the Premiership of;

    Whickham
    Altidore
    Ji
    Borasi

Fletcher is out, injured, for a while now.

We can sleep well tonight, eh?

Yous r missing my point, what impact does it have on the lads confidence, he beat sagna and scored a well taken goal, then gets dropped to the bench, a player full of hell and raring to go u would imagine

    Unless he's cried all week

History doesn't win matches, PDC. What if's aren't points.

We are in an awful place, and I for one, am not just blaming the manager any more.

    Short has to man up.

PDC we cant sack him! No sane manager would come in.

Plus, all - ALL - he has to do really is man manage.

Not for one minute do I think he has killer tactical nous.

We are ****. We are playing ****. we are going down.

Sadly for all of us we support this losing club and have nowhere else to go.

I hate being negative, but can find no joy in our play.

Love you all - happy clappers, unhappy clappers and peeps who just want to be here for SAFC.

A lot of wasted years. I should call Browell Smith & Co.

Well I watched that match from the first whistle to the last and we are not **** mate. Results are not going our way granted but that was a canny performance(take away the result) I for one, never wear red/white glasses but we were the better footballing side in that game. A couple of things stand out like a beacon. First, Colback is getting no support down the left from Giac/ Mav. as both are weak as piss and not sure how much both can hack it in the English game. Second, there is a massive hole between our defence and midfield and has resulted in 5/6 goals coming from around the edge of the area. Cabral or catts needs to be put in their like yesterday. Even though we have been poor the last couple of years our defence has been mostly solid. Sort them and we will improve.

WHY? he just another Emil Heskey but not quite as good unfortunately. He's got no pace, doesn't hold the ball up, is easily pushed off the ball for a big lad and is always on the ground, why should he be first on the team sheet?

Don't entirely disagree but the service to the front men has been woeful. Great cross from JC for Fletcher's header at Palace, great cross from Celustka for Ji to duck out of the way of (both from full backs) Apart from that SFA from the midfield.
