We came out looking terrified in the 2nd half.

John O'Shea looks like an 18 year old debutant, SEB and Ji coming on to 'save' us.

    Who next, Cuellar?

Let's hope for an equaliser and something good out of the weekend, other than Ball ruling himself out of the job.

We need someone like Jol to calm things down and recognise that 'running through walls' isn't big or clever.

What today shows us is we have some decent players: Giacc, Catts, Gardner, Ki, but we need a manager who tactically can get the most out of them.

Whatever fitness PDC instilled into them it looks to have vanished, we ran out of steam way too early.

Leaving altidore on 2 nd half was a massive mistake by ball he was blowing the whole half , the players might like ball but ffs we need a proper coach in soon. Tbh what did we expect just stayed up last season then we sell sess , mig, and no Danny rose

Question is, who else could have came on to save us? What could another manager have done differently?

Cabral? Would having 2 DMs on the pitch really helped? Our 2 central playmakers started the game. We need to sell Larsson if we dont use him on the RW and get another creative midfielder in.

Key moment: Gea save in the 1st half from Giacs header

We lost to a team that has Rooney and RVP in it, and then it was a fantastic strike from an 18 year old who won it for them.

Good 1st half, 2nd half like frightened boys. What the hell is a matter with Johnson, why wasn't Mavrias or Moburg-Karlsson on the bench. What in Gods name is Connor Whickham all about?? At least Ji tried when he came on. Apart from all of this I think that Ball will NOT get the job, just as tactically inept as past managers.

Still think that we will stay up though.

btw, not saying Ball is the answer but we shouldnt be so quick to judge him either way when playing against Liverpool then ManU.

****ing hell, he got his tactics in the 1st half spot on.

What could he have done differently in the 2nd half? Instead of Larrson who else do you put on? We had no other central playmakers to use.

Ball might not be the right man for the job for a number of reasons, but his tactics were fine in this game. his team selection was spot on.

Much as I like K. Ball, I hope he doesn't get the job. Dont want to be asking for his sacking in 6 weeks.

I cant think of anyone who can come in and do a job for us.

Today. Very good first half. The looky-likeys that came out second half were nowhere as good.

Someone. Please tell me who can make us get enough points.

worst decision by PDC was selling Sess.

If Sess was on the bench instead of Ji or Larsson or Wickham.....

1st half we did what most home games we do fly out the blocks give it a right go , only this time we scored early and it gave the lads confidence , most games we have a good start don't score then run out of ideas . If his tactics were fine then we're was we second half? Why was altidore on the pitch second half when he was clearly struggling?

good call, my only reservation would be Giacc looked tired in the 2nd half. we needed a fresh pair of legs in the middle

surely a better option than seb, you could of had mav and giacc switching onto the wing and inside

Take Altidore off and put Wickham on then ;) none of the other strikers on the bench are up to doing Altidore's job. hope for a miracle and fletcher is back after the international break.

2nd half wasnt to do with tactics, but lack of another playmaker. I said it above, if PDC hadnt sold Sess and he was on the bench instead of, well, any number of players.....

I still say the key moment was De Geas save in the 1st half.
