1. Davies 2. Huddlestone 3. Aluko I agree with the comments by "roseniorhisgranisfromhull". Aluko shows both class and strength and regularly had to fight off two opponents. He was genuinely our target man today!
Davies Livermore Huddlestone Livermore is an absolutely fantastic signing. I think he needs Huddlestone and vice versa to be truly effective though. Aluko was shut down by Villa yesterday and was faced with 2 or 3 players every time he had the ball (dare say it would've been the same for Brady had he played) - hard to criticise really, but could have been a little more willing to pass when in possession. Graham is hard to criticise too, on todays performance. Next to no delivery from either flank, of any quality, which just left him making up the numbers in the final third with the Villa defenders. Not seen any highlights, so not sure how close he was to that one chance in the first half. He seems to be drifting out into positions where he doesn't need to be, just to get a bit of the ball. Strikers is our weakest area by far, I'd start with Graham and rotate Sagbo / Gedo with him depending on the way a game is going. They are both very similar to me, but perhaps Gedo has a bit more desire and will to get a poachers goal. All that said, we just neutralised one of the best counter-attacking and pacey sides in the league and sit with 11 points from 7 games, it's hard to gripe really and probably unfair.
1. Hudders 2. Davies 3. Livermore Faye was also very good and would have headed a brick out for us if he had to.
Just something I want to clear up, people that have been naming 2 players in third I only count the first one you name otherwise the numbers don't really work!
