Only 3 teams go down - let's hope Fulham Cardiff and Sunderland keep losing (or worst case drawing) for the next few weeks....

Heard a stat today that Sunderland have not won the last 19 times they played on a Monday.

Carroll was destined to score, being a geordie and all that.

I cant believe he was allowed to run into the box unchallenged. **** knows what O'Shea was doing. I don't know what i'm worrying about. If they keep making mistakes like that they are doomed.

I just hope early man keeps picking John O ****e and leaving Adam Johnson out of his team.

If he does I doubt they'll win another game.

Concerning thing is, knowing Woy, that will probably get him in the England squad ahead of Rodriguez.

Sunderland have made West Ham look a decent team in the first half - thy have one or two decent individals but look lost when they get forwards. At one point Ki had the ball on the edge of the box and had time and space to pass but no-one seemed prepared to move. Nolan did get away with an obvious handball in the area though but I suppose he claimed FA immunity because West Ham are from London and are also key to the Premier League brand. I hate to say it but I do hope they hang on to the lead before going the rest of the season without winning another game.

I suppose so - maybe draws would be acceptable but I'd really love West Ham to snatch relegation from the jaws of mid-table security.

I think this depends on our results. If we beat Swansea on Saturday we should start looking up, not down.
