    Think City away came a bit early for us. Have to get back up and knock the SPurs down a peg or two on sunday.

    Good to see markovic get a game. Nice to see Johnson injured

    People saying they're glad Johnson is injured need to take a long look at themselves.

    Yeah he shouldn't be in our starting 11 but being glad a player of ours is injured is just pathetic.

    Linked up with Moreno to create 2 decent crossing chances. Ran at the defence on 1 occasion as well.

    Unfortunately he came on just before we went down to 10 men and went full on defensive.

    Simply we are weaker than last season and we have clearly pulled a Tottenham and signed a lot of average players, instead of 2/3 top players.

    1 game away to the Champions who looks like they'll walk the league along with Chelsea.

    We weren't even that bad... they had 4 chances and scored 3 goals.

    It's not his positioning that is his problem, it his his control and distribution. Things break down with Johnson. Football can be a game of percentages, and when 20% of your play breaks down because Johnson is dispossessed, or plays a hospital ball.....

    Why? A long as it's not career ending. Which it won't be. It's literally the only way to get him out of the ****ing side. He's a bloody liability and cannot be relied upon. He gives the ball a way constantly. He was never a good defender but at least added something to our attack, now he's got nothing

    He missed from 2 yards... would never have scored from 9 <whistle>

    Can't understand how he missed that header, did the same in the friendly against City as well, headed it right at the keeper from 5 yards away <doh>

    Slowly losing respect for some of you, surely you can tell
    1. the game came too early for us
    2. the defence hasn't settled properly
    3. the squad as a whole has improved
    4. too early to judge new signings
    5. we surely weren't expecting to win this game? Challenge yes but not actually expecting a win to the extent you'd call our signings average?
