The Tribunal will not overturn the decision unless the Allams can show that the FA acted illegally, which they haven't. There will be no name change. Assem Allam is selling because he has run out of money, there will be no further investment because he hasn't got the cash.

Rather than have a civil war amongst the supporters wouldn't it be better to step back and look at ways of promoting Hull City to get the money we need to keep the Allams as owners and keep our name. Which is what the majority want.

A civil war will eventually affect the performances on the pitch, especially if it consists of constant booing and jeering from both sides.

and which source of revenue would that be because it has never been proven that changing the name would bring any extra revenue into the club.

I have been banned once for trying to rig a c*nt of the month poll.

I don't have a habit of creating multiple accounts, I did it just the once because I had enough of the abuse.

No I don't think the FA will accept his appeal.
No there is no rationale behind the name change.
No it won't bring untold or any other type of riches ...... But you completely miss the point.

WE NEED HIS MONEY!!! And "need" in this case means the difference between a bright future or a return to the lower leagues.
Therefore anyone with an iota of intelligence finds ways to keep the investment knowing that Allam is a temporary aberration and even Ehab would probably end up changing the name back.

That's a new low for me, nearly 45 years supporting Hull City, and home (fans) booing home supporters for singing our name, truly and utterly disgusting, a 100 times worse than booing a player which is bad enough, but seriously booing your own fans.

Dr Allam says that it will so it must be true of course, he knows better than anybody and it is his club and if you dont like it you can die if you want to. What a state of affairs seriously, none of this is called for and is down to one man. It defies logic that some people cant see what is in front of them and that the fans bickering and name change debacle is down to one person. Sorry to invoke Godwins Law but god help us if something like the Nazis came to power in England and you would get these people saying 'they are in charge, they can do whatever they want'. He's run out of money. He's said it a number of times over the last year. Our transfer instalments are rising so is our wage bill. He's selling because he hasn't got the money.

 

Another part of my club died tonight. Part of our support booing another part of our support makes me feel completely hollow. There is no logical reason for the name change and none has been put forward to support it. At a time when we should be so excited by being in a position that I have dreamed of for 30 years; I have never felt so detached.

 

Any thoughts that they might not be boing anti Hull Tigers and instead could be booing the people who could potentially causing an adverse affect on the pitch.

I can't remember who said this but it was along the lines of this. Protest before and after the match but support the players 100% whilst they are on it because any protests to other things during the match can effect performances on the pitch.



No one at all is booing our clubs name or history and that is pure hysteria. They are booing a pressure group that is hijacking one of the clubs song and showing they do not support the CTWD.

 

I also like the argument that we're being ungrateful for all the money he's spent and players he's brought in.

So f**ing what? Would you stay with an abusive partner because they buy you expensive gifts? Some people are just whores for the highest bidder, and anyone who is in favour of the name change is just whoring themselves for the Premier League.
