Anyone listening to canary call? Guy on there slating Turner and calling for Bassong to come back? Where do they find these people?
Wow...top of the league and one of the first Canary Callers is some moron complaining about Bassong not playing
Just finished my conversation on Canarycall , not happy with Adams team selection tonight particularly in defense ...
Really liked NA interview after the game 'Would you take 4 points from 2 away games?' Neil Adams 'No, I want six points' lol.
Tettey now being interviewed, by the sounds of it he had to stop himself punching someone after they opened a gash in his leg which he had stitched up?
He's not actually just been diagnosed, it's just only now came out. Looking into it, he was actually diagnosed and had a testicle removed in October 2013. From what I can read in translated-articles, Newcastle didn't pay for his treatment, he covered his own. On returning he was told to find another club by Pardew, so he came to us. Whilst with us he had a calf injury, but then just as he was recovering from that felt kidney pains. It was found to be a ganglion and he returned to Argentina for chemo. Edit: The Mirror now reporting much the same.
How did Vadis get on when he came on? Anyone see the game? I know he didnt get long but I reckon he might be a good buy
Vadis looking good, he played on the right wing but swamped about with Jerome and Bennett. Clearly a clever footballer, more attacking than Leroy was but formed some great link ups. Looked very up for the game and could well be about to force his way into the team. Reckon he won't start at the weekend just because it would be hard not to play the same team but I'd line to see him O'neil and Howson start in midfield against Shrewsbury, maybe Rudd Whits Cuellar McFadden Garrido Vadis O'neil Howson Bennett hooper Murphy. Would be fun.
Morning all - missed all the fun and games - an away return 0f 6 points - brilliant. Do I not like this very much. OTBC edit - goals here if anyone missed them
