Thread closing times;

Saturday games will close on a Monday evening

2. 2 points (2nd best performing player) - John Egan
3. 1 point (3rd best performing player) &#8211; I will go with Luke Norris, although it is a tough one to pick.

2. Loft...for leading and showing passion in the true spirit of the armband
3. McGlashan...brilliant runs, although needs to take up shooting practice

I nearly swapped McGlashan for Hessy, but i recognise he needs support on his runs.

Right very boring game however the defence yet again showed that they are much better this season. This is the type of game that we would have lost last season so it shows how we have moved forward to get a draw today.

1. Egan- No one is even close to him, he is such a classy defender. I am starting to choose him as man of the match each week and have no choice but to do so. He is so so good and gives 100% every match. Really think he is the best defender we have had since Simon King and he is becoming my favourite player.

2. McGlashan- It was between him and Loft for second as it was close between them. McGlashan edged it as he was the one who tried very hard to create chances. I think he wasted a few, one time he was through when he stole the ball from the Walsall defender in their own half however he run at the one defender who was trying to cover and then decided to turn round and wait and then that chance was wasted. However he is one who really excites me and he done well today but I still think he can improve slightly and improve on his end product.

3. Loft- He is someone who I feel will feature in the top 3 a lot this season. He is a very good player with great passing and great workrate. His workrate is like Kedwell's so it is good to have him in the team. I really like Loft and think he is an important leader for us this season. Passing was good today and he work hard as usual. You can see that midfield is better with him as he holds the midfield together and works well with Hessenthaler.

Looks like I might be the odd one out again because I thought Hause and Loft defended well but their passing was very sloppy and more passes went astray than found their mark.

1. Egan another solid performance.
2. Bywater pulled of a couple of good saves from his own defence.
3. McGlashan for his running if not his final ball.

 

1. 3 points (Man of the Match) - Egan- great in defence again and plays with a lot of maturity for a player who is only 21
2. 2 points (2nd best performing player) - Hause solid in defence
3. 1 point (3rd best performing player) &#8211; Loft worked hard for the entire match and I think is a good captain.

 

1. Eagan Could be the best central Defender we have had, solid every game.

2. Hause Getting better every game

4. McGlashan great runs with forwards getting in better positions could have set up goals.
