magnificent 7 - can we do it?

Really would love to put one over MP next week and get our seventh win on the bounce. Amazing run and no reason why we can't do it again, bring on the spurs, we want 7!

Ronald will no doubt get Manager of the Month for September if there's any justice in the world, and that tends to screw things up. Having said that, we have managed to overturn so many trends this season that I can see us actually winning next week. Wouldn't that be nice?

 

Poch will play his usual brand of 'not being able to break down opponents' football, and we will have plenty of joy on the counter. 2-0 Saints.

Spurs have picked up two points in their last four games. We've won our last four league games (six in all competitions of course). We should be looking to go there and win.

I think the big draw back for us this Sunday will be the fact pochetino knows our players and more importantly their weaknesses inside out. For example im pretty sure if teams put wanyama under enough pressure hes likely to give away possession in important areas.

Let's hope our players can use their knowledge of his tactics to our advantage.

I think you are underestimating Wanyama. He is very hard to dispossess this year. If I was playing for Tottenham I would be hoping he wasn't picked!

 

No rreason why Saints can't go there and win. If we can win at the Emirates, why not as WHL?? Be confident Saints, go and get 3 points at the Lane!!!! This is a very good Saints team and the way the season is taking shape we can break into that inner Top 7!!!!

 

We'll be alright as long as we're not 2-0 up at half time.

 

There speaks a long-standing Saints fan! I think that old trait has been well and truly put to rest now. Whatever the score at halftime, unless we're 6-0 down, I would fancy us to win.
