Best Driver: Hamilton, Bottas, Button, all very good, Hamilton just edges out those two for me, Pole, Lead every lap and if he disabled cruise control, could have nabbed Fastest lap if he wanted to, a couple of in-car shots of him in the early parts of the GP, he was pumping in fastest laps, whilst looking as if he was out for a leisurely Sunday drive with the wife and dogs! Ummmmm. What followed next was he was extremely lucky with the tyres and the track. How could he best after that embarrassment of a first corner? Way too many shockers for Rosberg at the moment. He looks all at sea.
Sure the first corner was a really stupid mistake. He had to overtake about 2/3's of the field to get back to 2nd including a quick Bottas that deserves some credit. He was the only driver providing entertainment at this race so thats why I voted him.
He did a lot of work to get back into it, but on any other circuit he would have to have stopped again. Lucky lucky boy. Could have been championship over right there.
