This could be a long term injury cause the guy is a career wan-ker!
Hopefully, he can still put in a shift and help us stay up.

I was impressed with the turn of speed that Adel & Nico showed when trying to out sprint each other to be first in the lunch queue.

Am I the only one who thinks that of course Adel said "I hope QPR stay up" . Was he going to say the opposite?

If we go down his CV reads that he was involved in three consecutive relegations - not a great read for prospective employees.

    Can't understand it at times
We have one of the best talents at the club of all time who was ****ed over by a real Pratt of a human being in Harold and still you look for little digs

Rusty against the saints half fit even yet he easily looked the best player on the park ... The Saints players know his talent most professionals know what we can do ... He is considered a genius by a lot of professional world class footballers

Read some European press once in a while yet not good enough for some QPR fans

It has to be positive and under CR I am sure the cream will rise to the top

Harold killed our football by his own ego the new batch can only grow

    Taarabt won
    Harold lost

It was never a battle, unless you count the battle Adel has been in to actually realise that potential. He's clearly capable of so much more than he has ever delivered. There may be some opportunities that have been denied him, but rather than talk about why people have it in for him, why not think about why successive managers have preferred to go with others whose natural talent may not match Adel's potential?

Clearly he's his own worst enemy, believing his press clippings and agent a little too much. Let's hope he is pulling himself together, for his sake and ours. once his head is sorted out, he's gonna be a far bigger player for us than he has been so far.

Only Adel could come out with a video praising the current management and his commitment to wanting the club to succeed and people crawl out with daft digs and criticisms.

Some people really have had a grudge with him they have held on to since they formed their opinion of him in 2009. Let it go!!

Favourite comment from this interview; “obviously we have a new tactic, we try to play football”

Adel had a window into high level tactical football with game plans laid out by the manager in training during his time at Milan in Italian football. Reassuring to see that he now is seeing this under the new manager after replacing the previous incompetent dinosaur

It's not that, Peter. It's that he's clearly a really special talent, but his attitude towards training, his teammates, tracking back, previous managers and being substituted have, in the past, made him a risk simply not worth taking in important games. And for us, they are all important games.

If he's sorted his head out and is prepared for what football is - a game that can be great or soul-destroying, but you never stop working - then great. He could be like a new signing. Time will tell.

Just how do you manage to know whenever your client is being discussed, Kia? Naturally there's never a word from you on any other topic so have you some sort of a pager hooked up to the internet that buzzes whenever he's being mentioned and your services are required?

Its either that or you hover over the net for days on end waiting for an opportunity to give your brat a dig out. But that wouldn't be very cost effective, would it Kia?

First of all criticisms like his tracking back are outdated. Proved since our 0-0 home with Man City when he tracked Zabaleta for the full game and then subsequently continued to improve upon this. Its just an opinion formed since he first joined in 2009 and a combination of ignorance and sub-consicence stubbornness to stand by these opinions mean people cant recognise the change.

As for his attitude to managers. He knew Redknapp was fraud and an idiot. Redknapp knew he knew that and Adel's lack of respect for him. He wouldn’t play him regularly as a result and Redknapp the master media manipulator took active steps to discredit him which were seized upon by those fans who were delighted that this played into their pre-conceived ideas and opinions

Comments around not being a risk worth taking… compare him with the main players who have played ahead of him in recent times: Hoilett, Krancjar, and Traore. Can you honestly say that these players work harder and contribute more to the team?

Hoilett and Krankjar, yes. I would say that this season, both have contributed more than Adel. Traore works hard, and doesn't let his ego mar his performances.

You keep thinking this is an Adel vs the World thing. It's not, and never has been. It's an Adel vs Adel battle, and always has been. He needs to regularly show all the talent and none of the attitude if he wants to make up for the way he has come across to the fans before.

I agree with a lot of that, but won't be really happy with him until he gets back to full fitness and performs as he can again. He's done ok when he has played the last couple of months, but looks a stroke or too off the zip he had before. We really do need him playing at his best Now.

This rubbish about he has to do he has to do that is nothing imo

I don't think he is under any pressure to perform he is just a brilliant talent

‘Hoilett and Krancjar this season this season’!! Do me a favour!!! You know that’s a **** answer. He has barley played this season!!! And even on the few games he has played that is still not really a valid argument. Michael Doughty has contributed more to our team this year than lionel Messi on the same logic so don’t give such a daft answer because that’s not the point

I’ll rephrase it… If you were to pick over the next 12-13 games a choice between Adel and his recent main competition (don’t spin in a story about I’d play a different formation). Out of Adel, Hoieltt, Traore and Kranjcar who do you think would contribute more to the team?

Which game this season do you think he has showed this attitude and not showed his talent? Be interesting to know because I’m trying to work out what justification there is to not play him other than abstract unprovable nothing points like “letting his ego mar his performances” which i believe are based on nothing more than the old fashioned English football fans view formed of him in 2009

Strange that Taarabt was about the only fit player in the squad not to even make the bench against Hull.
Even kids and the headless chicken got named ahead of him.
Even Ramsey must think he is worse than a part time player.

More like a daffodil, appears lovely for a short while, but wilts and whithers away very quickly.

I don't disagree that Adel is talented, but until he can tame his ego and let the talent do the talking, I'm afraid he's in the what could've been category.
