    Ramsey and the staff have seen what has been going on in training this week, and is the professional, whereas the fans haven't and are not.
    It's like for example a plumber coming to your house to do a job, and being questioned if he is doing it right!
    Leave it to the professionals.

    Mmmm. Few would have picked that team. Would like to have seen Henry 'rested'. Time for Phillips to rediscover his early season form. Chery forgiven, not sure about that either. Weak management?

    Maybe he sees things in training all week and is privy to exactly what players do and don't do and makes decisions based on that? Fans know nothing in that respect.

    But fans do know what happens on the pitch and quite frankly that is where it is most important, he could look like Messi in training for all we know but does it really matter if when he's put in to play he looks like Bambi on ice?

    I was thinking along the same lines. He could well get Fer, Chery and Phillips into the game, further up the pitch, than Charlie would.
