Great news for Vardy and yes the way he his playing he has to be England's best forward, to bad for him that he plays for us, now if he played in a red or white glamour club shirt he might,no would start for England. With the midfield England have got it's a pity for the lad's sake that DD does not play for a glamour club! The way he his playing now he his as good as any of England's midfielders imo.

Dele Alli got selected on his start of season form, surely Drinkwater has a better claim than him? I rate Alli, sure, but he must have played about 3 full matches in the Premier League!

He is the media darling atm and needs to be capped to stop him joining another country.

Is kinda harsh given Drinkwater's form but he needs someone of note to champion him to get noticed.

I think Albrighton is another that should be considered.

Albrighton wouldn't have done his England prospects any good today .Drinky on the other hand had a cracking game ... looking like a Ranieri fixture...

No I agree on today's performances. Albrighton was poor and Drinkwater was towering.

David Rennie has tweeted that the only injured player LCFC have is Matty James. Jamie is fit for England then. I feared the worse when he went down with an injured knee.

Simpson is fine as well - he had a good game so wouldn't mind seeing more of him.

For the record I still think as a human he is a twat, but since he is here might as well make use of him.
