Sugar Ray Leonard! Seriously? He supported the lads? Don't know how true that could be but whether he is or not. Best bloody boxer I ever saw.
Sugar Ray Leonard visited the SOL for a match and came onto the pitch. The craic at the time was he had family who originally came from Sunderland. I'm hesitating to say it but it might be that he was born in Sunderland. Anybody know for sure?
Born May 17, 1956 (age 55) Rocky Mount, North Carolina, USA i would say that was a no to being born here, whether he has family here not sure though.
