so if part of your brick wall fell down and you had to call your insurance company, would you say there was an issue with the fabric of the building or would you maybe tell them that the brick wall had fallen down? if you would always use the term building fabric then I am of course stupid... Of course you might tell the mrs that it is only some of the fabric of the building that has fallen so there is nothing whatsoever to worry about
