    Allen for Sakho

    Refs bottled it twice

We keep getting that corner from the left. Lallana keeps taking it and getting the whistle. I keep thinking game's on a loop here

    <laugh><laugh><laugh> So much

How did we end up replacing Carroll with Benteke?

That passage there said all. We had a break on, went backwards and Benny ran next to Collins.

I know you're not getting this but the point is we've seen more evidence of good performances without him than with him.

Did Allen really just replace Sakho?

This is like war time rations.

Ings isn't Messi but when he was playing he looks energetic, mobile and he scored. the centre halves had to look for him cos he was on the move. pulling players out of position is what we're missing now!

    You would wonder.

Given our set piece is awful you can't be shocked in play we are poor too.

Why should he move when the delivery isn't worth moving.

Carroll is expecting it. Benteke is giving up. I'd want him tearing strips off the ****e coming to him

Players can't even take corners accurately, they're sure as hell not deciding whether to aim for the LCB or 5 yards further back to the LB <doh>. They put it into an area and it's all about the movement and timing of runs as to whether the attacker wins the ball or not. Carroll times his runs well and wins the ball more often or not (as I write this, he's done the same for a defensive header, no coincidence) Benteke does not.

You're right, it's not rocket science. Simple.

Not scapegoating Benteke before the usual crowd moan about that. He's been ****e just like the rest of the team.

A couple and missed a few too.

    It's called borini......

Sure that's great but reality check he is no better than the rest and that means today he'd be isolated and running himself into the ground for nowt.

It's not about the sainted injured player northern abused scape goat it's about the 10 others that make up the team.

Like Kuyt Ings makes his team mates game easier and his opponents game harder, whilst chipping in a few goals.
