I agree there would be a hollowness to a victory so bought, but like the Citeh fans, I'm sure we would get past that with the euphoria of winning. At the end of the day Leicester have allowed us to dream, yes they have wealthy backers, but they have not gone crazy in the transfer market, the stars have just aligned for them with the right manager, who has the right squad to play successful tactics in a season where the big boys have taken their eye off the ball. If the Wolf had had the same impact as Vardy, Redmond had developed to be as good as Mahrez it could have been us, if we'd bought some defenders!!! :emoticon-0121-angry
We all have a happier weekend when we've won, so lots more winning even if bought is good in my book. Would I rather do it as an underdog come good, hell yeah but that just isn't going to happen. The top 4 next season will I suspect have a much more familiar look.

    Bah!

It will always be Norwich! Players, owners and even fans come and go but Norwich shall always remain (Well hopefully - even the worst run most debt striken clubs have survived thus far) A new owner = a new chapter. Hope when it happens it is a glorious one (Or at least one that maintains our position high above the binners!

    Bah!

Barclay, what is the difference between one person buying a title or 60,000 supporters and a whole shed load of sold merchandise.

Money has always been the major factor for title success, be it from individuals or a worldwide cash cow.

What you are saying is those clubs deserve it because they are BIGGER. What a world that is to believe in.

The merit goes in the players you buy, the manager you get, the infrastructure you have in place, your style of football. All the money does is give you the chance to do those things. Money does not guarantee success, you still have to get your formula right.

I can't believe he lasted that long. I also can't believe he gets to leave on his own terms. He should have been sacked so long ago. He should have won pretty much every cup and league. There's no competition. You could tell he wasn't up to it with how badly they did in Europe against such awful sides.
