Grabbing a 1-0 victory against Liverpool with 10 men on the pitch at the end put a big smile on my face. Shame Fabregas got a red card, him of all people, but I presume he'll miss one pre season friendly as a result.

Let's hope we sort out Real next. Contes beginning to grow on me

It was a tactical masterclass - (read boring).

But I will take this with Youth anyday over last year.

Is there any ban for a red card in a friendly? I wouldn't mind betting he can play next game.

My guess is that he would by allowed to play as it's a friendly. In these games you can play as many subs as you please. They are all playing for hon our and I'm sure Conte would love to have the blood of Real Madrid on his hands. What better way to boost confidence for the coming season

Same as you last & this.

Having said that - I would even take 4 to 6th places right now, given the right team plays most games.

But I hope Conte pushes us into top 3 <ok>

Actually Fabregas is banned for the next match. Those are the rules of the competition they are playing in. Has no effect on the regular season.

With the players we have at the moment we really should be thinking about winning it.....

With you on that. I'm not worried by the signings United have made or city for that matter. Conte has been on the go all summer and the others have been doing nothing. Business as usual.

Last season is no fluke. League has changed for good -more like American pro leagues.
Level playing field for more teams despite obvious money bags Manchester teams.
Any of the 6 or 7 teams can win it including us.

I am optimistic but Cautious at the same time. Don't want to put too much pressure on Conte & team.

If Matic & Hazard find some of their old forms - we can 100% make top 3 run.
